novice82 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2014 hi folks,I need your advise with regards to installation of a Ceiling fan at my residence. Considering there's only One Electrical point in the ceiling, my options are:1. Install a Fan with lights2. Install a Fan and draw separate wiring from the existing point for the light.Understand Option 2 is likely to cost more than Option 1 and will require additional wiring all the way to the Switch,Can anyone give me a ball park estimate of how much each option is likely to cost, if you have a similar set up at your place ?Welcome your recommendation on a good Handyman who can help me with this setup as well. thanks aheadCheers
