ivan 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2009 Ok i'm seriously ticked off with my contractor's carpenter. The laminates that he provides do not cover the wardrobe frame fully, and as such there's a small gap where 2 different laminates are glued together to make a larger laminate. And not even that, he uses a marker pen to cover some of the white areas where the laminate edges are exposed. The frame for the wardrobe doesn't even extend fully to the edge of wall, and so the laminate is soft where the edges meet the wall. Should i be angry and tell them to redo it all? this is serious man! the prob is w/ ur carpenter! Or he has been using the wrong laminates??

Tech_wizard 1 Report post Posted October 18, 2010 No need to kick butt. Always remember all you want is to get what you paid for and when there is a problem all you want is for them to fix the problem. Just talk to your contractor and get them to settle the matter with the carpentar. Problem not fix no payment loh. PS - Doing things in a calm and peaceful manner should always be the first approach.
