Comments Needed On Renovation Quotation For Landed Terrace

Hi all,

I would like to seek feedback on my renovation quotation for landed terrace.

From what I read from this forum, my quoted prices seem to be unrealistically high.

I'm more concerned with the carpentry costs and structural costs below. I left out the other costs.
