boorie22 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2014 My 4 room HDB BTO is coming soon and I intend to manage my own reno - ie. work directly with painter, carpenter, electrician, etc...But I have zero and no understanding about reno.What should I do and how to start?I am contemplating to find an ID to help me but I am afraid of being rip off since I do not want too fanciful things. That7days79 6 Report post Posted November 4, 2014 Hmm,keep your budget firm and know what you want to do.ID just makes your job easier as he/she already wud have all the relavent contacts.If ya wanna venture urself,make sure you are able to schedule the works,like who does what work 1st,2nd & so on.Gd luck.
