Anyone Use Woch Before?

Hi all,

Anyone use WOCH before? If Thinking of or going to... PLEASE DON'T!!

They over promise and over charge and can't get detail sort out properly and also find ways to get out of situation. Is always others problem or faults and never them...

Better think twice... No.. Don't even think of getting them.. Save yourself trouble from engaging them.

My Reno was delay for 2months because of improper submission and lack of follow up...

Design keep changing and changing.. Never be the same like what was promise before.. Simple coordination also can't and don't want to do.

Nevertheless the communication skills between their subcon is never seem existing... Even they standing next to each other in the same room.

Pls save yourself from problem... For the benefit of your own and wallets... You will run into the deepest blackhole ever!

Hi all,

Just to follow up with bad experience with the so-called designer! SHE really doesn't have any idea what SHE is saying when she trying to cover up her wrong selection of wall colour and want to make client pay for her wrong selection.

SHE as designer don't seek for client approval for the type of colour selection! Have anyone heard about this? I have picture of our conversation but I didn't know how to post in here.

Below is her actual wording!

If you dont like the colors I proposed as your designer, we can change. But we dont usually seek client approval on paint colors.

Surely we can change if you are not comfortable.

I find them very appropriate colors.

If you want to be your own designer, surely.

And lastly she mock at me trying to be designer and surely I'll now as this is my house and I need to feel comfortable staying in!

I'll take up to the NEXT level of authority for HER behavior and shall make her pay!

For those who had signed contracts with WOCH good luck!

Do not engage with WOCH ID RAIN WONG. She lies n never deliver her Promises, she has poor coordinating skill or no skill to even cordinating or arranging simple constructing work. Her lack of experience will send her clients stairway to heaven. Renovations work with WOCH is the worst nightmare you will experience!

Now WOCH is having internal conflicts even with her suppliers and with her disappearing act she should be laying low for some time.
