Firstly, I want to say, I LOVE YOUR T-BLOG! Seriously. So enjoyable yet so detailed. Thank you for taking the time to do something like this. I really appreciate it.

Secondly, I wanna annoyingly ask you for the contact. I am getting my 3R BTO soon and want to do it up without any reno loan too. Your contractor seems perfect for me, so I want to find out for myself if we really are a good match. (Especially after getting quotes like $44k without electrical and with 1/4 of your carpentry -- seriously).

Like so many before me, I'd like to get your contractor's contact. I have the same budget as you do but I'm not doing the whole house (5-room flat) but many IDs have quoted me 40 to 50k -_-

Thanks! I think that most IDs/contractors should be able to do a similar table for you. You can show them the images in our t-blog. If I'm not wrong, its a "lazy susan" type of mechanism - you know, the type at those "Chinese Wedding" tables. Cheers!
