Can I check with you how to purchase the eubiq track (thru' retail or thru' contractor, cost and installation etc) and integrate into the carpentry? Do you need to connect the track to powerpoint? Did you plan where to locate the eubiq track 1st before you start carpentry?

Thanks for sharing contractor J/E contact.

However, their quotation exceeds our budget and we gotta find others.

Like you said, E is always late and J is experience contractor. J gave me some useful suggestions during our meetups.

I seen their work and it is not bad.

It is also true they are registering their company soon and therefore will charge GST soon.
