4-Room Dbss Reno S$21K Reasonable?

We are getting the keys to our new 4-room DBSS soon. We have quotes from several IDs through Renotalk. Spoke to them and finally decided on one. They quoted us about S$21K for false ceiling works, curtain pelmets, TV feature wall & console, shoes cabinet, a mirrored dining wall, wall papers, painting and the general cleaning and haulage fees.

Is S$21K for these a reasonable rate for a 4-room DBSS?
