Just a heads up. I've another BTO flat to do up (my parents who will be getting theirs mid next year) so preferably someone who can give me a good quote for both.my parents one is 4rm bto (without tiles/doors) so need to do up but pretty basic only

Doesn't have to an ID per se. If contactirs do a great job recommend me those I'm fine. I have concepts in my mind so don't need that, just a contractor with good workmanship and good attitude
