Oh I got it at "knock knock" at furniture mall..it's a subsidiary of SY living..

I went back to check on the carpentry after they touch up...after closer inspection..I cant say that I am fully satisfied on the carpentry...

I am not sure if everyone will face these common carpentry issue as I read from other t-blogs that their carpentry does not have any problem and everything is nice and great...sigh....

Firstly, I have a small dent on the false ceiling..I guess when they shift the carpentry in, apparently they accidentally knock the ceiling...

Then I also saw 1 small chip off at one of my cabinet door..and also the internal panel of the door have some rough surface and not smooth..

1 laminate have a little gap and I think it doesnt stick well..

Does most of you have such problems??

But my contractor say he will ask his carpenter to make good and do better..hopefully everything will be resolved soon..haha..will review again..

hmm furnitures not in yet until next week...so no photo updates so far..haha...

will be meeting up with the carpenter to resolve some of the wardrobe issues...so hopefully everything will be good real soon!!

So far everything is going well..Carpenter replacing some laminates and also patch up the dent and all..will upload more photos tonight..

Don't think will be updating tonight for the photos.. my stupid bed Until now not delivered.. we waited for the whole day and they will only deliver around 9 tonight when the promised timing is in the afternoon..

Ok...finally can update on the photos of my furniture and I am happy to announce I will be moving in soon...all the stuff have been rectified too...

This is my living room...as for the white chairs..they are suppose to be in the study room..but my study table not ready yet so I put the white chairs in the living room for photos haha...

That is my lovely but expensive sofa..haha...like the color and the texture..hee...

And this is my bed which took super super long to arrive...

This is my dining table...I thought its quite big..but when placed in the dining area, it seems just nice...haha

Here's some update on my house..everything is done currently except for our carpentry..

Anyway I have to complain on something..my contractor doesnt update us on the status and its my hub who always went down to the house to find out what has been done etc..I saw on t-blog that most ID always update their clients with photo etc..thats like quite nice..unlike mine..

But having said that..my contractor did everything according to the schedule he promised us and we are satisfied with the work that has done so far..so..I try not to demand too much I guess..

The lighting are up as shown

We also bought quite a few stuff from Taobao..bought some bathroom and kitchen accessories and some carpets..our first batch of item arrive safely so we bought a few more stuff in the recent 1111 sale...(we didnt dare to buy big ticket items so only bought these small small stuff from taobao)

Really excited on how things will turn out especially on the carpentry..worried of the quality and the laminates we choose..hope we made right choices on the type of laminates..haha..

My room color (which gave me a shock as its more intensified than what I prefer) But decided not to repaint it as we need to top up money if we want to change it..sigh...

can I ask where did you bought the light from ? Thank you!

All my lightings are from the shop at tradehub 21 "Lightings.com.sg"

They got sell their inhouse lightings and also philips one..actually all my lights are philips except for the wooden circle one at the living room..

Here is my kitchen cabinet with iQuartz top..like the white iQuartz top and they even indicate the tag at the side..haha..

Thank you....anyway that sofa I got it at 1.8K...they can customise the length for you..so depending on your size, the cost may differ..mine is slightly longer than the one they showcase..you can also choose the fabric you want to use..i choose belgium fabric..so if you choose cheaper fabric, the cost will be cheaper..
