The Best Quote I Got So Far

Hi evryone,

I just got a quotation from an interior designer and the total package quoted to me was $20,466.49. This exculdes the electrical works.

Is the quote ok? Got a few other quotations that are like $35k, $26k and this was the cheapest. They are a small company and not so renowned, but the ID was efficent in sending me my amended quotes. Going to meet him this sunday and will update everyone here.

MASONRY WORKS

1 Showet kerb for 2 toilets complete with tiles finished

2 To supply & construct kitchen cabinet base complete with matching HDB tiles

3 To supply & construct fridge base complete with matching HDB tiles.

4 To supply & construct washing machine base complete with matching HDB tiles.

PLUMBING WORKS

1 To supply & lay conceal drainage piping for kitchen sink.

2 Extension of copper piping for kitchen sink

3 To supply Material & labour to install 2 nos. of instant heater or 1 no. of storage heater

4 To supply Material & labour to install 2 set of bathroom accessories.

5 To supply Material & labour to install 2 nos. of mirror

6 To supply Material & labour to install kitchen sink & tap.

PAINTING WORKS

To supply & paint whole unit wall & ceiling with Nippon/ICI emulsion paint. Max 5 paints
