Will anyone from your experience recommend someone in real to trust and do a real quality work. Pls PM or advise in the forum. This is because now is the peak period as many others are also rushing for reno before those big holidays.. can say that most contractor/id firms are quite packed.Also if i am not wrong EC also have quite strict rules and would want your id/contractors to deposit 1k and follow their timing. thus this will slow down the worksbut anyway, good luck in your reno!
