Anyone Tried Millers Yard?

Want to seek advice from people who have used Millers yard as their ID. I initially met with Wenhao, whom I quite like. His partner is Jonathan Poh. I also went to Box ID studio, I like how they will show me design first before I commit. But I worried about their time management. On the other hand, Millers Yard seems to be much more systematic. Torn between the two. Design wise, there are a number of good reviews with Box ID, but not too good in managing their time. Nothing I can find for Millers Yard
