Need A Quote For 2 Toilets Reno In 4Room Flat!

Hi all!

I would like to ask if anybody has done a light renovation of their toilets before? As in no change in Wc/Basin no hacking or building up walls no lighting changes.

I'm planing to do below for my 4 room flat's 2 Bathroom :

1)overlay of wall tiles x 2

2)overlay of floor tiles x 2

3)Install Glass shower screen (Swing door) x2

4) 4 ft basin cabinet x 2

5) change to new 1.2 x 2m mirror

(with led back lid) x 2

6) new squarish stainless steel drainage cover x 2

how old is your house? because for bathroom to do overlay, it is quite risky for old flats as the water proofing thingy tends not to hold.
