Ceiling Fan And Lights For New 4Rm Bto Flat (90Sqm)

Hi all,

Plan to get one ceiling fan c/w lights each for living room and dining area.

Any advice on what size and type of ceiling fan should I get?

It's for a four room bto flat with 90sqm floor area

we use kdk. for hall can get the 5 blade ones.

one pointer to share is to avoid having your fans installed too near the L boxes.

I have one kdk fan which doesnt seem to blow as strong as the other due to the L Box blocking off the air movement from the top.

Fanco fans with lights are ok too. I used a 48 incher in my 3 rm flat in Sengkang previously - not too bad la.
