esparco 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2014 (edited) there's always hidden costs....what's designer laminate? laminates are laminates...your cabinet/wardrobe has no soft closing hinges, that's extra. internal pvc, change to color also extra. ABS trim is already a standard.all false ceiling and L boxes use steel Ts for support. galvanized steel just sounds more Atas...check where the Quartz comes from.cater for another 20% for additional works.
