1) Wet / Masonary Work

1.1) Construct H50mm base with tiles finish for the following:

(a) Kitchen Cabinet - $400

(b) Shower Kerb at Master Bedroom - $90

2) Electrical Work - To meet electrician on site for exact quote

3) Plumbing Work

3.1) Extend inlet and outlet piping for kitchen sink

3.2) Supply labour to install the following:

(a) Kitchen Sink and Tap

(b) 2 nos. shower accessories

4) Ceiling Works

4.1) Install proposed design false ceiling with galvanised steel support for the following:

(a) Foyer and Bedroom passage way (false ceiling) - $470

(b) Living and Dining (L-Box) - $580

5) Painting Works

5.1) Paint whole house ceiling and wall - $1250

5.2) Pain all door flames, pipe and using Nippon glossy paint - inclusive
