Hi forummers, am just seeking opinions. I was intro to a project co-ordinator that could do the following

- Renovation Budget and Financial Planning

- Renovation Quote Sourcing and Interview

- Quotes from different Trades (Air-con, Window grilles)

- Design consultation and planning

- Online Buying of Lightings and Sanitary thru Taobao plus freight

- Local buying

- Furniture sourcing according to Budget

- Alternative solutions / furniture hacking

He is only asking for a lump sum management fee from the start till the end of the project. Would you consider trying out his services? Its suppose to be a 1 stop all inclusive service which could save you lots of money.
