Renovation For Studio Apt Below 10K Enough?

Hello everyone, I recently acquired a resale 1bdr apt in telok blangah. I was wondering if anyone can recommend me some contractors to furnish me some quotes as I am not willing to spend more than 10k on the property. Can someone pls assist?
