Please Give Advice On My Renom Quo

Dear All,

I will go through the reno myself for my first as previous all taken care by others.

I am a lady and taking a look on the long quo I feel I want to faint to the ground...

The ID was introduced by my friend whose HDB (2 stories) was just renovated by him. My friend says he is good in terms of providing very detailed quo and he is willing to revise according to you requirements.

But I generally feel his quo is not cheap leh.

My HDB is a very old (20 years) 5-rm HDB which rooms are all squares or rectangles. Total 121sqm.

Would appreciate very much should you give advice on whether the quo is reasonable.
