jolinger 0 Report post Posted August 17, 2014 Hey guys,I realise a number of the cabinets have such small holes. Looks like they laminate before punching the holes to connect the wood together. Are these workmanship problems?I've never seen such holes before for my current cabinet at old place or at neighbours place. The contractor have not mounted all these cabinets yet and my ID tell me to wait for them to mount everything first then check again. GMC 12 Report post Posted August 21, 2014 Rightfully, they should air-gun the nails before applying the foil/laminate.or they can screw from the bottom. There is a few ways to look at this.1) Cut cost on screws or2) Simply lazy3) Simply no standards in carpentry
