Had conflicting answers on how long it takes to renovate 2 old toilets that includes hacking of wall tiles and floor tiles. 1 says it can be completed in 1 week and the other says it can be completed in 1 and half months. Has anyone done toilet reno before and approx how long does it usually take to complete? 2. Is it easy to find short term rental at another hdb hse while house is under reno? (meaning 5 working days)hacking already takes 1-2 days.laying of waterproofing and initial cement smoothing takes around 2-3 days.tiling up the floor and wall takes 3-5 days (unless u are using cement screed, but highly unlikely)then fixing up the piping and accessories takes 1-2 daystotal around 10 working days or 2 weeks.
