qcb119 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2016 (edited) Better rates than DBS appointed lawyer, I booked a BTO 3 rm premium in 2013, after signing the letter of offer. no news from the bank officer nor the lawyer firm appointed by DBS. Now I got my letter of probable completion date in march this year 2016. kan cheong call DBS say the guy handling my case already left. call law firm unresponsive , keep calling them up to find out more info. ask for price for leagl fees wanna charge me $2700!!!!!! I request DBS to change lawyer somemore want to charge me abortion fees.
