Just Bought 3Ng Flat In Clementi...

Hi all,

I just bought a 3NG flat in Clementi, was hoping to get some renovation ideas here in this Forum.

My younger brother is in ID firm so likely using him.

Want to source for good n reasonable price item, be it furniture, appliances, tiles etc etc..

My 1st appt 26 Aug, so likely getting my key in early Oct i hope.

Finally i goggle the web for my floor plan and get the URL to post my floor plan.

Wonder how to post those photo i took myself.

1. Sign up an account with Flickr

2. Choose upload and upload the pictures onto Flickr

3. Click on the picture

4. Right bottom corner click on Download This Photo

5. Choose option View All Sizes

6. Choose the size you want

7. Right click on the picture and choose Copy Image URL

8. Come to RT window and click on Image

9. Paste the link

Wondering how much did you get your 3NG, market is softening and more and more BTO will be ready in the near future.

My second appointment will be next thursday and the owner requested for one month extension. I'm doing some charity work for not collecting rental from the owner. I believe numbers of seller will ask for extension at thie period of time.

So nice of you to not charge your seller for extension, HDB recently change a rule that Buyer can charge Seller if they ask for extension to stay.

339k in Clementi is consider a good catch. How much COV did you pay? Mine is 3A at $343k in Chai Chee.

Congratulations on your new home purchase! I was also looking at Clementi but gave up after a while and chose Jurong West St 52. I'm getting my keys on 3.10.14 Look forward to seeing the transformation of your new flat!

Hi, welcome to the 3-roomer club! $339k is a great price for Clementi! We got ours last year at Bukit Batok for $330k so the prices have definitely soften over the year! Clementi is a good place!
