The stone is 'hungry' and thirty. You air-con kitchen?

Stone's porous nature yet to be saturated.

Clean surface with clean damp cloth everyday, or spread/spray clean water, allow saturation.

Do this for weeks. Making sure water spreads evenly.

My granite top and flooring were treated like that.....now pour black coffee on top for 30 mins also nothing happen - tile no longer thirty liao.

Hi Jovioh,

The colour change is caused by chorine in water. Looking at the size of the water stain mark, It seems like you place your disk rack at the location? To remedy this problem, firstly do not place any wet rag at the surface top at the time being and let the stain dry up for about a week. Use car polish wax to apply on the damage surface in circular motion and I believe if the quality of the surface is good it will return to it original shine.

I understand it will be a little hard for it to keep it dry as it just beside the sink hence you may use a hand dryer at middle speed for a while before applying the wax but do be careful not to do it for too long as long as it feels dry then it good enough :)

Good Luck

Regards
