I would suggest that you try the following.

1)See if any of your relatives are in renovation business.

2)See if any of your relatives have recommendation.

3)Ask around your close friends.

4)Let all your friends know your are looking for ID and post on facebook, you will be surprise with the response.

5)Take a look at renotalk t-chat blog section and look through the threads.

I have used this Designer Isaac (Livinz Synthesis), he is nice guy. Good workmanship, reasonable quotation, meet deadline, good customer service and with follow up. His name is Isaac H/P:90086496 he did quite a nice job for my home and he manage to work within my budget. Just give him a call to get a no obligation quotation from him see if he is able to work within your budget. You may visit their website and look for review.
