For Bto Got Haulage And Debris Fee? Hdb Got Provide Phone Point, Scv, 13A Double Socket Etc..or We Need To Pay To Make One?

Luvhenny, all the electrical switches , points came with the bto flat. If you need to relocate, make new one then need to pay an electrician for it,

Haulage（排沙） and disposal is needed for the wet works in the flat, normally at the bto or estate, there shld be some piece of paper stating a haulage contractor, call xxxxxxx.

This haulage fee is quite a big range so I wonder if the ID or home owner call would there be any difference in price?

We know normally in new HDB being handed over there would be one to operates it. Anyone could advise?
