Hi, I"m going to engage either an ID/contractors soon to do some renos on my resale unit. Am wondering could you guys please share with me your unforgettable experiences.

I'm talking about UNPLEASANT/pain experiences/ encounterings which happened during your renos.

Would be good if you could share the names of the company or the phone nos of the ID/contractors(1st 6digits), much appreciated. Just hope that I will not strike the TOTO/4D on my coming renos.

I have some issues also with my property agent and I think I should share it with those who are keen and may want to avoid my foot prints on the purchase.
