Hi

Intend to engage painter to conduct painting to my parents' flat (will be occupied during works).

There are spalling concrete, plaster crack, nail holes in the flat. Will the painter conduct repair prior to the painting works?

Would greatly appreciate advice as to which would be a better interior paint to adopt in terms of durability, coverage and price - Dulux All or Nippon Odour-less Premium All-in-1; and recommendations of responsible painter.
