Anyone Renovated A Resale Flat While Living In It?

How did you guys handle the existing furniture and items at the house?

Did you had to move them all in one room?

it is going to be very dusty... I don't even think you will be able to withstand the smell of raw bricks and cement...etc.

No, am planning to stay elsewhere with family during reno, but not sure how to manage the furniture. Some will be thrown away, some will be kept.

So wanted advice from anyone who is experienced in this.

I stored mine with CITIMAP transport services. Have been using them for past 11 yrs when I relocate

I moved some into the room which I was not renovating but I covered the rest that I couldn't move with plastic wrap

I moved them to storehub. got a promotional deal with $0 move in for first month.

Not renovating the toilet and storeroom so left some items there too.

Now in the midst of renovation due to rewiring works as well as painting, the workers moved the items to 1 room wrap with cardboard and tape it up.
