Sweet talk, free gifts, free consultation, free layout plan, free quotation, free commitment and so will catch you to sign an agreement with ID with a deposit in the expo. After the expo, the ID will change their attitude and with a lot of excuses to avoid you. You will never take back your deposit anymore. You are either give up your deposit or wait for the service from the ID. I have such experience when I signed the agreement with AS Balestier in 2013 expo. This is my advice.
