Question On Deposit Paid To Id Need Advise

I met the consultant from *** and she agreed to help to reno my house within my budget. I signed the agreement with *** and paid $2000 last year, 2013, Sep. After meeting with her for some time, she is not able to come a plan to meet my budget since last year. This delay my reno plan. I requested to return $2000 but she refused and also demand for another design fee of $2500. She then stop providing the service. I feel that I am cheated. I contacted *** and they ignore me. Can someone advise me what to do ? Should I report police ? Should I go to CASE ? Thank you.

why dun u go to their office? dun think the police and help u... maybe CASE... go down and make a din la... i saw many of your posts here abt same issue... if im u i make sure they pay... play gangster abit.. dun let them makan u easy

are u the soft type? get those hard character type of people go down with u... if u have tattoo friends... bring 2 down.. need to be intimidating abit
