L34F 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2014 Been a silent reader since I have the intention to get a resale flat. Took a big step out and now the 2nd appt is just 6 weeks ahead.Applicants = (Me & Her) + 2 lovely kids (one coming out in 6 weeks time too). Anyway due to personal issues thus decided only to get a 3room first.Dilemma, as in may decided to get a bigger bto unit(kids growing) in years ahead thus reno wise could be in its minimal, and also tight budget on my side too. However, the flat is 36 years old in original condition, thus I feel the reno still need to be done adequately. Since ghost month coming soon and not a gd mth to start reno, so it will be a gd time to check around, getting opinions and sourcing for contractors.I thank you guys first (because may ask questions, lots) and will update as time goes by.attached my floor plan;

Songz 132 Report post Posted June 25, 2014 I have made quite a lot changes to my house thus the quote i believe no longer accurate anymore. There have been quite some delays to the house due to permit and some other issues, may drag a little longer than i anticipated.
