the thing about this guy that i like is he will treat your house like his own when he is renovating it.

he will think the same as we owners do. his motto is to renovate new owner house like his own.

he will be as stingy as we owners are when to buying things.

workmanship is very good from this company his working. there was a defect which it was him who sported and changed it even before i requested it,

one more important thing is he has control over his contractors. not like some other designers who does not have control on their contractors and afraid to ask them to rectify it,
