My Bto Package - Reasonable?

Hi Guy, I got this BTO package and need some advise whether is it reasonable.

My is a 4-room BTO unit and it selling at $10,388 (I am attracted to their promotion package)

-Interior Design & Space Planning

-Furniture layout plan

-Designers 3D Perspective drawing

-Color & Material Proposal

-Consultation & Project Management

-Site Inspection Management

Masonry Works

1) Construct kitchen base c/w side tiling

2) Construct shower kerb for bathroom/s

Plumbing Works

1) Conceal of new washing machine drainage outlet piping

2) Conceal of new kitchen sink drainage piping include connection

3) Extension of copper piping to new washing machine area

4) Extension of copper piping to new kitchen area

5) Provide labour to install Storage/install heater

6) Provide labour to install both bathroom accessories

Ceiling Works

1) Design & construct false ceiling for foyer

2) Design & construct L-box light holder c/w threw light for living room

3) Design & construct false ceiling for dining room

4) Design & construct false ceiling for bedroom passageway

Carpentry Works

1) Design & fabricate total 20ft kitchen cabinet in ABS trimming

2) Supply and install 10ft solid surface kitchen worktop

-Cutlery tray - Included

-Stainless steel double tier dish rack - Included

-Frosted glass panel for dish rack cabinet - Included

-soft closing hinges for swing cabinet doors - Included

Miscellaneous

1) Painting for whole unit using ICI/Nippon paint (5 + 1 colors)

2) Frameless tempered glass shower screen at master bathroom

3) Re-vanish main door

4) Protection sheet for flooring

5) Chemical washing for whole unit.

Wow! It looks like a good package! I am also finding one package for my BTO flat. But all ID are very expensive.

This is good. But it depends are their service gonna be good? And also do they have GST? Electrical works charges?

If you dont mind can i know who is this ID? Maybe i also sign up.

One of this days, we are going down to enquire more on Summit Design for the current promotion package which is $14,588 (Incl. Aircon).

Submit design with aircon cost about $4200 more. Gain city should have better promotion for aircon?

Really can't make up my mind whether to sign with him but I have source around for ID for awhile now and I feel comfortable with him.

No GST charges also

Hi Budgetpapa, too good to be true, do not trapped in Package deal, its like a meat on chopping board, it depend on which way they want to cut it

Are you sure you are paying only package price? There may be hidden cost and later on they add this add that, in the end you pay like twice the package! Please be very sure of what you are paying/signing and the details of the package. That's all i can say.

Seems pretty reasonable but not very extensive I think.

Most probably you will need more add-ons which will incur costs.

will you kindly recommend any other IDs or elaborate further?

I am very new and not sure on these packages as I believe the materials involved are the key elements.
