Advice Needed For Below Detailed Quotation

Am new to this forum. . Appreciate everyone guiding as this is our new house and 1st renov experience. Our unit is a 2 bedder condo. . Been to couples of id, so far this particular id is very good in a way that they provide a detailed quotation. . Please help to check if this is reasonable thanks!

Design work/3d drawings/design planning etc = FOC

Painting (5 colors) = 1600

Supply and labour for housing protection during renov work = 350

Acid washing = 350

Ceiling work

L box with cove light and false ceiling for living and dining = 1800

L box with drop light for master room= 650

Carpentry work

8ft full height feature wall (living) 1920

12ft TV console plus full storage cabinet (living) = 3120

8f x 8f tinted bronze mirror for dinning = 1200

5ft full divider = 1400

2ft shoe cabinet = 760

Change of DB box to full height mirror= 850

Study area (1ft area) = 480

6ft feature wall tv console (room) = 980

Electrical work

Supply and install 15 lighting points in living/dining = 930

Supply and install conceal tv point = 200

Labour to install light at lighting point exclude above living area.. cost@12 per install

Install of hang light for dining = 45

Install hang light for room = 30

Light/electrical work for room = 250

Light/electrical work for bathroom x 2 = 160

Light/electrical work for kitchen = 100

Estimated total 17458

Plus GST apprx 18680
