alvinng 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2015 If you still looking for a trustworthy air con guy, can try to find one here http://askthewhale.com/merchants/list/air%20conGot long list of air con contractors and some have been reviewed before. Maybe useful for you.estimated how much per servicing? cleaning aircon?Anyway @dean air con servicing usually go by number of fan coils and whether it is chemical cleaning or regular cleaning. Not all air con require chemical cleaning, sometimes they try to upsell you but really no need one. I see prices hovering around $30 for cleaning of each fan coil unit, can be cheaper but be wary lo. CougarB 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2015 Bad experience with coolingairconservices.c**They advise to do chemical wash, paid $200, then my aircon become not cold anymore after the service. They never pick up call and run away. the appointed contact name is Eddie, and they keep posting a good review in their FB, be careful
homecomfort 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2016 Bad experience with TECH-V.They will highlight how serious is the problem before servicing and will try to push for chemical wash which is expensive. Did not do chemical cleaning cause my 3 aircon are functioning well. Just went with the normal servicing and pumped in the gas as they advised. After servicing, all my aircon not cold anymore. Call them to rectify, they give all kind of excuses.

river 0 Report post Posted July 2, 2016 Am writing a post here as I felt the service rendered by Cool Air Pte Ltd (purchased a groupon voucher to service 3 of my aircon units) was below par. At first I thought that was the way to service aircon as I've never have any prior experience with aircon servicing. But today, Vapour came to service my units and the service was so so different. Cool Air man came and only took out the filters and vacuum the fan coil, the person even told me that I can do it myself as the internals are not too dirty (but aircon has been used for 6 months). Though at that time, I was rather surprised that that's all it is, I didn't suspect anything. In contrast, Vapour service man took off the cover, unscrew some parts of the aircon, removed the internal part (blower wheel I supposed that what's it's called) to wash, wipe and vacuum the inside of the unit. I think they did the real cleaning job. Hope to share this so that more people will know what aircon servicing is about. I've learnt a lesson here and hope to share this with more people.
