Share with you guys my floorplan and photos of the current condition of the unit itself Floorplan - 121Sqm 5 Room. Pretty spacious . Dun think you can get this kinda size in the new BTOs. Living Room - Basically, flooring for whole house are parquet teak wood.Will be difficult to maintain I guess. But We decided to keep it. Masterroom - Look at the aircon piping.... Headache Common room - Pretty big. 3.3m X 5.1m . Kitchen - everything gonna go.
