This is the current flooring of our newly purchased 4-room resale flat. May I know what kind of flooring is this and is it good enough? Or better to change the flooring to white tiles and wooden flooring on bedrooms?

it looks like normal ceramic tiles..

changing of tiles is all personal preference. well, brown tiles make ur house look dull, but if u are comfortable, then u can just leave it.

same thing as bedroom, wood flooring are all personal preferences..

Well, everyone has been saying there are benefits on wood flooring compared to tiles, mainly on the cold part. But tiles on the other hand is easier to maintain
