Hdb Licensed Contractor But Not Licensed Id?

I have a question.

If the ID that we engage is not licensed HDB contractor but itself engages licensed HDB contractor to do their work.

Is there any issue?

i don't see a problem here. as long as the person who's engaged to carry out the actual work has the licence. ID is just there providing ideas, coordinate stuff for u.

as long there is min 1 person submitting the details as hdb licensed contractor, it'll be fine

You are all wrong!

The contract signed should be on the company that has a HDB licensed Not pass through somebody else, you will get into trouble before you really pray hard.
