My family is renovating our 4-room HDB flat which is pretty old. Need advice on this quotation. Are the prices reasonable? Is there any item for which I should ask for more details from the interior designer?

Yes, i think you can. Try to get a id/contractor that really do the plan for your budget and not the other way round.

Thk u for your advice. This is the first time i'm renovating my house, really dunno how to go about it. As its going to involve a big sum, i would like to use the money wisely. Hope the experience people here can give me some advice.

Try to get a few more quotes for comparison, after getting a few quotes i think you will probably know the market rate roughly. Of course try not to get those id quote that are reputed to be $$$. Lastly, price is what you pay value is what you get.
