Should I Go With This Quotation? Reasonable?

I'm planning to renovate my current HDB Executive Apartment (3 bedrooms with 1 study room which is also converted to a bedroom) and I'm new to this. Please kindly help and guide me through the following quotation.

Preliminaries

1. HDB permit or renovation deposit if any - $300
2. To provide labour/material for acid and general cleaning for whole house - $300
3. To lay corrugated paper for floor protection to living room - $150
4. Clearing of debris, supply of sand, upload of materials - $150

Hacking/Removal

1. Supply labour to remove door/door frame, partition, cornice and ceiling, capentry in whole house - $1800
2. Supply labour to hack off existing parquet floor for 4 bedrooms - $1800
3. Supply labour to hack off existing 2 toilet floor tiles and wall tiles - $1200
4. Supply labour and material to make good to affected ceiling and wall, box-up - $1200

Living room

1. Supply labour and material to polish marble floor - $870
2. Custom made 4ft full height altar, ABS trimming & laminate finish - $1400
3. Custom made 4ft full height shoe cabinet c/w casement door, ABS trimming & laminate finish - $1000

Painting

No electrical work. Cost of electrical work to be included later.

Looks reasonable? Any red flags? Is there anything crucial missing?

Thanks for the reply. May I know what do you guys mean by expensive? As in which parts and by great different from the average market?

You may wanna try my design consultant he does the design with all drawings prepared.

Then you are free to send it out to various contractor firm to compare prices, he will also

provide oversight of the project so you would not get cheated along the way by rogue

contractors who provide cheap quote then try to rob you in between the projects by

insisting that they need to add new items to the quotation.
