I just got my keys for my 2 bedroom resale, am wondering how much will the reno cost with just renovating the kitchen and toilet? Any in-house loan repayment plans available out there?

cos if they loan you, they will sure earn an interest from you, and under the moneylender's act, this is illegal. UNLESS, they say they don't charge you interest for it. but very impossible la..

secondly, ur renovating of kitchen and toilet very vague.. can expand what you intending to do?

I am curious what do you intend to do for the renovation ? Just my thouhghts, if your resale 2-room flat is in a liveable condition, why not just repaint the whole flat with a new coat of paint ?
