Help For Choosing The Right Designer/ Contractor!

So there has been a number of Designer, Consultants that I am meeting with to discuss my renovation plans. There's this certain newly built up company that is offering a very quotation and a 10K difference with another more experienced Designer.

My concern with the new company is the fact that they are not yet licensed and I'm not that confident if they really know what they are doing. They do have a showroom and supposedly their previous projects but, still I am not very comfortable in giving out my hard earned cash... and not even sure if those photos from their projects are legit

Any advice on this? Should I go with much affordable quote with a new company VS those that are already established? I am also reading some rather not good experience with the veteran designers here as well.
