Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) Hello everyone,We are nearing the end of our renovation and are finally able to pen down our process with ease. This blog serves as a diary for us as well. With GOD's grace, we found our ID through our wedding photographer and are ever so blessed to have her doing up our home. Due to our busy schedule, we left the entire reno process to her and all the photos you see are all taken by her.We only saw our place after 2 months when all is done. This is our floorplan before and after, as with the RT culture of start Edited April 29, 2014 by Sandy
Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 (edited) We had our wedding photos taken by Awesome Memories photography and was impressed with their house done by New.I think they have a blog here as well with a baroque theme. Will find it and share later on.We asked for New's contact and the next as they say, is history. We like New's candidness and honesty and decided her as the one.Somehow, we feel really at ease with her and we gave her full reign to design and all.The thing we like about her is she always reply us almost immediately and updated us often during the reno. These are the drawings that New did for us. We absolutely love them! Edited April 29, 2014 by Sandy
Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 Kitchen drawings. I must say the real Kitchen turns out almost like the drawings. Will show them later His and Hers wardrobe. I wanted a WIW with pole system and New included a surprise for me later.Hubby's wardrobe comes with a side cabinet for his collection of caps.
Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 We were initially very concerned about the size of the study room due to the WIW taking a huge chunk away but New convinced us that its alright. She said we could even U-turn in the WIW.
Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 Start of reno. Our place is located on the 22nd storey but it faces the lift directly.Security was not really a concern but we decided to install the grilles first.

We got our aircon from Gain city and New helped to coordinate the placements. The trunking did not look appealing but she assured us she will box them up nicely for us. Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 29, 2014 All hacked walls plastered smooth.I was told by New the rounded corners for the Kitchen base is a norm for her as I was expecting a squarish finish.

Sandy 15 Report post Posted April 30, 2014 Our Autumn house begins to take shape when the wall colours are up. Loving everything and feeling warm.We opted in for the HDB doors and loathe the colour so we got New to suggest a colour and she chosed pink, my favourite!
