Advice On Ceiling Fan

Advice needed

Wanted to do install a ceiling fan at my living room, but my ID recommend that we can only install a 42" in the living room, which we feel that it is abit small.

we will be doing a L box for 2 side with down light.

our measurement is 3550mm from left to right

Please advice whether we can get a bigger fan?

My understanding when i did my house was 2ft distance from L-box to ceiling fan will yield the ideal air circulation, if i'm not wrong you can go for slightly bigger fan.

it might be unsafe for anyone who climbs up the ladder to replace the light tubes if your fan is too big.
