Lim2014 6 Report post Posted April 27, 2014 Is vinyl floor durable? Or it may fade and peel over the years. Is there different grades for vinyl? What is the cost psf range like? I am considering either vinyl or porcelain tiles for my resale 3R flat. Vinyl is cheaper with more 'wood' looking options. But I worry whether i have to replace it after 8-10 years. Porcelain tiles seems like a more durable option but i wonder if they have variety of 'wood' looking tiles to choose from. Anybody wants to share their experience or provide some advice?
