I have received a quote from and ID which i am keen to engaged, however prior to that i would like to seek the opinion of the experts here whether is this quote reasonable and whether is there anything left our of the quote.

Since you have the list of works to be done, let other contractors give you a quote. Most contractors do not charge GST, which is quite substantial when your contract amount is large.

?? You ask friends/siblings help carrying sands/material up/down?

Ask Town council to clear unwanted?

Or 'unwanted' sell to kalang Guni?

Sorry i dunno what you mean. As advised by the ID, i am supposed to pay the haulage fee directly to HDB appointed contractor.

Hi, i believe your renovator will bill you accordingly to what Town Council charges until some ID/contractor who will charge a premium amount.
