To be fair to the ID #3 whom i have engaged and had a rather pleasant experience, i will send you the contact of the ID #3 first, if you really need the contact of ID #1, contactor #2 do pm or reply to this thread. Mine is 4rm bto with flooring and everything from hdb.

The reason for it is that, occasionally i will received request for ID#1 and contractor #2 whom i didn't engage and i will have to dig and search for their contacts and ID #3 quotes is pretty competitive.

The good thing about all my 3 quotes is that, they are all itemized thus can easily compare and eliminate hidden costs.
