Help Me Please! Hdb Bto Lights

Just got my BTO 2014, and I heard from my friends that all the lighting can be concealed, meaning no need for those trunking cables to be seen for ceiling lights. My qn is, does this mean that I can just install a number of downlights, and lights without having installing the false ceiling and yet dont see any trucking cables as the same time?

any one can advise?

it depends on the type of trunking you're intending to get. one ID i've found when I visited the spring home deco in expo 2 months back told me that it's possible where they can scrape a small part of the surface of the ceiling to place the trunking in nicely (trunking must be the long and flat kind).

I don't think it is technically possible. Even if u can find the slimmest led light it will not be as flat as those mounted on a false ceiling.

Without false ceiling, you may want to consider using track lights.

A standard living/ dining room seems to only have 3 lighting points. You can check your floor plan once you got your key.
